Project Overall Quality Objectives:
Define these activities / tasks that intends to deliver products while focusing on achieving customer's quality expectations.

Project Deliverables:             Standard for judging each deliverable from customer perspective
Making sure that the              Making sure that I am playing the songs that the customer wants.
Equipment/microphone is
working properly, so that
everyone at the event is able
to hear me clearly.



Work Processes:                    Standard to judge each process:
                                                Making sure that each song is being cued properly nonstop with                                                    the mixer.


Quality Control Activities:

 Prevent occurrence of defects or failures in equipment/speakers and CD players.

Quality Assurance Activities:
Making sure that the DJ service meets/exceeds customer expaectations.


Quality Roles and Responsibilities:
Making sure that I arrive 2 hours early set up the equipment.
